Live in NE Oklahoma, had used my debit card for several purchases over the New Year holiday, I do have OD privileges, when trying to deposit a check on their mobile deposit app on my phone, 2 hours prior to closing, on Tuesday January 2nd, kept getting the response, “system not available, try again later”, too late to get to the nearest depository, & still would have posted late, never did get to make my deposit to cover my charges. Called them today to explain my issue, & they said it was not a problem on their end, whatever, not had a problem since, tried to say it was my internet or cell service not loading the app, it did load, got in, but kept getting that message, so I end up with $138.00 in overdraft charges, their way of making money unscrupulously, doesn’t matter if you’ve been a customer since their beginning. Very disgusted!!!!!!

Simple solution. Don’t spend money you don’t have.


There is no float. You must not use debit card and make deposit later. Simple.
