Not resolved

Since Arvest has changed its mobile app it does not allow me to make mobile deposits. I keep getting error messages saying that the amount doesn't agree with the check.

I call and then I'm told the check has already been deposited I have spent hours on multiple times trying to resolve this issue I have a high-dollar new model phone there is nothing wrong with it and there is nothing wrong with the checks. Some are handwritten, but some are computer-generated.

There is nothing wrong with the amount entered or the amount on the check. Smarmy Arvest employees make excuses and have scripted answers to each question.

Was going to open an account here but I think I'll look somewhere else.


I have a high dollar smartphone too and im mad at it so i leave bad reviews for banks. My high dollar phone and i cant even make a deposit.
